Payment and Refund Terms

Revision 1.0 of 22.09.2026 · current

Revision 1.0 of 22.09.2026. Effective from the moment of publication at https://sync.trade/legal/en/payment.

This document is an integral part of the Terms of Service and sets out the terms of payment for a Sync subscription.

1. What is paid for

1.1. Payment is made for access to the trading functions of the Sync service for a chosen period — the "subscription".

1.2. The plan determines the number of bots the User may run at the same time. The limit includes all bots: signal, Grid and DCA. Additional bots may be purchased on top of the plan if the plan allows it.

1.3. Current plans, prices, terms and included features are displayed in the Service on the "Subscription" screen and on the website https://sync.trade. The price in effect at the time of payment is fixed in the issued invoice.

1.4. Payment for the subscription is not linked to trading results. The subscription pays for access to software, not for income.

2. Trial period

2.1. The trial period is granted once per account and starts with the first trade or the first launch of a Grid or DCA bot, not upon registration (unless the Service states otherwise). Its duration and the number of available bots are displayed in the Service.

2.2. A limited number of bots is available during the trial.

2.3. A few days before the trial ends, the Service sends a reminder.

2.4. The Operator may change the trial terms for new Users and may withhold the trial where there are signs that one person has created several accounts.

3. Payment procedure

3.1. Payment is made in advance for the chosen period.

3.2. The flow: "Subscription" screen → "Pay / renew" → choose a plan → add bots → choose a term → promo code (if any) → choose a payment method → pay.

3.3. The list of available payment methods is displayed in the Service at the method selection step. The Operator may change this list, including restricting particular methods for payers from particular jurisdictions where applicable law or the payment service's terms require it.

3.4. An issued invoice is valid for a limited time shown in the Service. When it expires the invoice is cancelled and a new one can be issued. If an invoice is not paid, the Service sends a reminder.

3.5. The subscription is activated once the payment service confirms the payment. For some methods activation is automatic within a few minutes; if it does not happen, use the payment check button in the Service, and if the problem persists contact https://t.me/sync_trading_support_bot.

3.6. Payment by a legal entity against an invoice is made on request through support; the subscription is activated when the funds are received.

3.7. Payment documents. If applicable law requires the Operator to issue a fiscal receipt or other payment document, it is sent to the User in the manner prescribed by law, using the details the User provided at payment.

3.8. Bank or payment service fees charged on the payer's side are not received by the Operator and are not reimbursed by it.

4. Promo codes

4.1. A promo code is entered at the "Promo code" step of the payment flow or on the "Subscription" screen.

4.2. Discount promo codes apply to the payment amount; voucher promo codes add months of subscription and are activated immediately.

4.3. Promo codes do not stack with each other or with other discounts: one code applies — the one the User chose.

4.4. A promo code received via a link is saved automatically and applied at the next payment.

4.5. A Partner's own promo code does not apply to their own payments.

4.6. The Operator may cancel a promo code obtained in breach of its distribution rules, or where there are signs of abuse.

5. Auto-renewal

5.1. Auto-renewal is enabled voluntarily, by a separate tick at the payment method selection step. It is off by default.

5.2. By enabling auto-renewal, the User agrees that the payment service will save their payment method for subsequent charges and that the Operator will automatically charge the renewal price at the current plan.

5.3. Before charging, the Service sends a notification with the amount and date — no later than 3 days before the expected charge.

5.4. The charge is made on the last day of the paid period. If a charge fails, the Service notifies the User and retries; the number of attempts is shown in the Service. Once the attempts are exhausted the subscription is not renewed and the consequences in Section 7 follow.

5.5. If the subscription price changes, the amount of the next charge changes; notice is given in advance as per clause 5.3 and Section 13 of the Terms of Service.

5.6. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time with one button: "Subscription" → "Disable auto-renewal". Disabling takes effect immediately and does not affect the already paid period — it runs to the end.

5.7. When auto-renewal is disabled, charges stop. The saved payment method binding remains with the payment service so that auto-renewal can be re-enabled without a new payment; on the User's request to https://t.me/sync_trading_support_bot the binding is cancelled. The Operator does not store the full card number, its expiry date or security code — the payment service holds those.

6. Refunds

6.1. A refund is made on the User's request to https://t.me/sync_trading_support_bot from the same Telegram account that is used in the Service. The request must state the reason and the period for which a refund is requested.

6.2. A full refund is made if:

6.3. A partial refund. If the User cancels a subscription running for more than one month, the cost of full unused months is refunded. The calculation uses the monthly subscription price of the relevant plan in effect on the payment date: a discount granted for a longer term is not retained upon early cancellation. A started month is not refunded.

6.4. No refund is made if:

6.5. A refund is made by the same method as the payment. If a refund by the same method is technically impossible, the parties agree on another method; failing agreement, the refund is made to the User's bank details.

6.6. Payments via Telegram Stars are non-refundable: this method is settled inside the messenger under its rules, and the Operator makes no refunds for it either in Stars or in money. By choosing Telegram Stars, the User accepts this restriction. If other non-refundable methods appear, the Service will say so before payment, at the method selection step.

6.7. A refund request is reviewed within 10 business days. The time for the funds to arrive depends on the payment service and the User's bank and may be up to 30 calendar days.

6.8. Consequences of a refund. A full refund ends the subscription: access to the trading functions switches to the mode described in Section 7. A partial refund shortens the subscription by the paid and refunded months. Affiliate remuneration accrued on the refunded payment is reversed.

6.9. Chargeback. Disputing a payment with the bank for a service that was delivered and was not contested through the claim procedure is a breach of the agreement and entitles the Operator to immediately block access without refunding the remaining funds.

7. What happens when the paid period ends

The transition happens in stages; the duration of each stage is displayed in the Service.

StageWhat happens
1. Grace period (a few days)Open trades continue to be managed; no new trades are opened; Grid and DCA bots do not start new cycles. The Service reminds you to pay
2. View-only modeNo new trades are opened. Grid and DCA bots are paused; open signal trades are brought to closure in the normal way, after which management stops. Settings, connected channels and API keys are kept
3. After paymentAccess is restored; bots resume with their previous settings

Important. In view-only mode, Grid and DCA bot positions are left without automatic management immediately, and signal positions after the current trades close. Stop-loss and take-profit orders previously placed by the Service on the exchange continue to operate on the exchange side; the Service's internal mechanisms — trailing, target recalculation, protections — do not operate. The User must monitor open positions themselves through the exchange interface.

8. Price changes

8.1. The Operator may change the plans and the subscription price.

8.2. A new price applies from the next billing period. The paid period is not recalculated.

8.3. The Operator gives notice of a price change in the Service at least 10 calendar days before it applies. With auto-renewal enabled, an additional notice is sent before the first charge at the new price.

8.4. A User who disagrees with the new price may disable auto-renewal and stop using the Service at the end of the paid period.

9. Disputes

9.1. All payment enquiries are handled through https://t.me/sync_trading_support_bot. The claim procedure and time limits are set out in Section 14 of the Terms of Service.

9.2. The history of invoices and payments is available to the User in the Service: "Subscription" → "Payment history".
