Revision 1.0 of 22.09.2026. Effective from the moment of publication at https://sync.trade/legal/en/aup.

This document is an integral part of the Terms of Service and defines who may use the Sync service, how, and what is prohibited.

1. Who may use the Service

1.1. The Service may be used by a natural person of full legal capacity who is at least 18 years old, and by a legal entity or sole proprietor acting through an authorised representative.

1.2. By starting to use the Service, you confirm that:

1.3. The Operator may request confirmation of these circumstances and suspend access until it is received.

2.2. The Operator may change the current list of restricted territories; changes are published in this document.

2.3. Responsibility for complying with the restrictions in Section 2 lies with the User. Use of the Service by a person who is prohibited from using it is a breach of the agreement: the Operator blocks access without a refund and is not responsible for the consequences of such use.

2.4. Using means of circumventing territorial restrictions (including to access the exchange) in order to obtain access to the Service in breach of this Policy is an independent ground for blocking.

3. Prohibited use

3.1. Unlawful purposes. The Service must not be used for:

3.2. Unfair market practices. The Service must not be used for market manipulation, creating the appearance of trading activity, coordinated operations between linked accounts, or other practices prohibited by the exchange's rules or by law.

3.5. Technical abuse. It is prohibited to:

3.6. Misrepresentation. It is prohibited to:

3.7. Bad-faith behaviour. It is prohibited to insult support staff, send spam or knowingly unfounded requests, or threaten the Operator or other Users.

4. Anti-money-laundering

4.1. The Operator is not an exchange, exchanger, wallet, payment agent or any other person that accepts and holds Users' funds. The User's funds are in the User's own exchange account; identification (KYC) is carried out by the exchange.

4.2. The Operator may, and where required by law must:

4.3. Payouts to Partners are made only to details belonging to the Partner. Payouts to third parties are not made.

5. Consequences of a breach

5.1. In the event of a breach of this Policy, the Operator may, at its discretion and without prior notice:

5.2. The measure is chosen in proportion to the breach. Blocking without warning applies to breaches of Sections 2, 3.1–3.3 and 3.6, and to actions creating an immediate risk to the Service or other Users.

5.3. Upon blocking, the Operator stops managing the User's trades. Open positions remain on the exchange; the User must manage them independently. API keys should be revoked in the exchange account.

5.4. The User shall compensate the Operator for documented losses, fines and expenses arising from the User's breach of this Policy.

5.5. A blocking decision may be contested by contacting https://t.me/sync_trading_support_bot or info@sync.trade. The review period is 15 business days.
